  • When can I move in at Pleasant Hill Storage?

    If there is a storage space available that meets your specific storage needs, you can move into our Leander storage units anytime during normal access hours.

  • How much notice needs to be given before I move out of the Leander storage unit?

    All contracts are month-to-month. However, we would appreciate a 10-day notice before you move out. Please leave your lock off the Leander self-storage unit to signal that you have moved out. Locked units will continue to pay rent.

  • What type of documentation do I need to provide to rent a space?

    We require a government-issued photo ID (example: driver’s license, state ID, or passport).

  • Are long term agreements required?

    All of our agreements are month to month unless other arrangements are requested. Ask about pre-paying rent!

  • Does office personnel open the security entry gate?

    You may enter anytime during normal access hours, with your own personalized security access code.

  • What pay procedures are in place?

    Our website provides a secured payment portal. Most customers prefer to pay monthly automatically on their debit or credit card. Our staff is always at the ready to take your in-office payment or payment by phone.

  • Do you accept checks and credit cards?

    Checks and money orders are accepted, as well as, cash, MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express.

  • Does you office have storage supplies and boxes for sale?

    Not at this time, but we can recommend some good sources of Leander cheap storage supplies.

  • What items are BANNED from storing with you?

    Liquids, explosives, flammable liquids, toxic materials, and perishables. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding a specific item.
