Pleasant Hill Storage takes security seriously. Our facility offers security fencing, gated access with keypad entry, security lights, 24/7 security cameras, and on-site management.
What type of lock do I need?
We provide free new disc locks for traditional storage units and special locks for containers. The container locks must be returned. You can also use your own lock as long as it’s a disc lock.
Do you require insurance or charge administrative fees?
No, we do not require insurance on monthly storage units, and we do not charge admin fees.
Is my deposit refundable?
Yes, your deposit is refundable.

Pleasant Hill office hours are 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Tuesday through Friday and 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday. We’re available by appointment on Sunday and Monday.
Access hours are 6 a.m. to 9 p.m. daily.
How does the free move in/out truck with driver work?
Once you’re reserved your storage unit, speak with our friendly on-site staff. They’ll help you schedule your move in. Then, you supply the labor to load and unload, and we’ll supply the truck, driver, moving dollies, and moving blankets (within a 15-mile radius). It’s a free way to save on the expense and hassle of a moving truck!
When you’re ready to move out, simply schedule your moving date with our on-site staff. Please note that our move-out service is available with a 12-month minimum rental.
